Facts Researched
For all Family Tree Research packages, we will research birth, death and marriage details, as well as occupations and residency (i.e., where they lived) details for all ancestors to your great-great grandparents in the line being researched. Where available, this may also include details of siblings of direct ancestors. If you are interested in any particular details, let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Packages
Full Paternal/Single Surname Line
Traces your ancestral line father-by-father, so generally involves a single surname. Where father's details are not recorded, such as when illegitimate births occurred, the mother's details will be supplied instead.
Cost: £150.00
(45% in advance: £67.50)
Full Maternal/Maiden Name Line
Traces your ancestral line mother-by-mother, following the line of maiden names. Researching the maternal line is generally more difficult than a paternal line and, therefore, costs a little bit more.
Cost: £170.00

Mother's Paternal Line
Traces your mother's ancestral line father-by-father, starting from your maternal grandfather. Again, where father's details are not recorded, such as when illegitimate births occurred, the mother's details will be supplied instead.

Complete Ancestral Family Tree
Traces your complete ancestral family tree down to your great-great-grandparents. This gives a total of 30 ancestors: 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 great grandparents and 16 great-great grandparents.
Cost: £375.00
(45% in advance: £168.75)
Complete Descendant Family Tree
We will attempt to trace all descendants of one of your great-great grandparents through four generations. Due to the complex nature of this research and the vast number of potential descendants, this is one of our more expensive packages but can be a real bargain for those with large families!
Cost: £525.00

Payment Terms for Fixed Price Packages
A 45% deposit is required in advance, which is payable after preliminary research to ensure feasibility of the research required. The balance is due on completion of research.
Note: For projects under £150, payment in full is required in advance.
Expenses such as birth, marriage and death certificates, register or census printouts, photocopies, etc. are charged at their actual cost.
We will accept cheque/check payments in Pounds Sterling and US Dollars (at the appropriate conversion rate at the time of payment).
Methods of Payment
We can accept cheques in Pounds Sterling or checks in US Dollars for our American clients! We can also accept payment by debit or credit card (we will email you an invoice from PayPal) as well as directly by PayPal.
Our Missing Ancestor Guarantee
If we are unable to trace any ancestors in the line requested, the full cost will be reduced on a pro rata basis. Thus, for example, for a Complete Family Tree, if we are unable to trace 2 of your ancestors, your total cost will be reduced by 2/30, (£25.00).
Note: this guarantee does not apply to our Complete Descendant Family Tree package.
What You Receive
At the completion of our research, you will receive the following:
- Printed Family Tree diagrams.
- Printed detailed Ancestral Report1 ("Ahnentafel Report") or Descendancy Report1, which details the information found in the research, including details of siblings, etc.
- Any original documents obtained during the research, such as marriage, birth and death certificates.
- Electronic copies of the Family Tree diagrams and Ancestral Report in PDF format (other formats may be available on request).
- A GEDCOM file of the family tree (a computer file in a standard genealogy format that can be imported into all major family tree software products, as well as various online family tree services).
